HMS ''E27'' was a British E class submarine built by Yarrow Shipbuilders, Scotstoun. She was laid down on 9 June 1917 and was commissioned in August 1917. HMS ''E27'' was sold to John Cashmore Ltd in Newport for scrapping on 6 September 1922. ==Design== Like all post-''E8'' British E-class submarines, ''E27'' had a displacement of at the surface and while submerged. It had a total length of and a beam length of .
